Sketch Design were appointed to reconfigure and extend a lower ground floor flat of a 5-storey Victorian mid-terrace house situated outside the Holland Park Conservation Area.
 
The extension overlooks the rear garden and accommodates generous open plan living/kitchen and dining area, with abundant daylight provided by full height glazing and skylights. The existing front living area was converted into a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Apart from the second bedroom and bathroom, the flat contains also a utility room and a study area. The interiors combine classic with contemporary and a muted colour palette.
