The scheme represents a sympathetic intervention within the historic context of Knightsbridge and is integral to a broader transformation of a group of listed buildings and adjoining public realm. Working as part of an integrated project team we’ve created enlarged retail space, paving the way for better quality commercial tenants and a thriving local economy. Enhanced street presence with traditional shopfronts, revitalising the charm of the area and attracting more footfall. A new rear elevation, shedding years of haphazard additions and services to reveal the true beauty of the building.
Upgraded residential space features reconstructed terraces, improved vertical access, and refreshed visual amenities for residents. Improved sustainability and biodiversity, is possible thanks to innovative features like permeable paving, green walls, and green roofs, contributing to a greener, healthier environment for everyone.
