Sketch Design were appointed to explore the development potential of this prominent corner site located within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. An ongoing large scale development on the adjacent site transformed the surrounding context by significantly enlarging the scale of the neighbouring buildings.
 
The design study looked to increase the number of the residential units while preserving the existing locally listed building, which forms part of the site. Some of the dated accommodation would be replaced by a quality new build while the locally listed building would be extended vertically, conserving its historic elevations.
