Sketch Design secured planning consent for the alterations to this Edwardian Mansion block located within the Creffield Conservation Area in the London Borough of Ealing.

The scheme provides for a sympathetic extension in the form of a mansard which accommodates two new flats with generous roof terraces and high ceilings. While the front of the new addition is traditional in nature, the large rear dormer is more contemporary in style, with large full height windows, modern materials and simple detailing. In addition, each of the existing floors has been reconfigured to convert two dated 3-bedroom apartments into three modernised 2-bedroom units while largely retaining the original layout.
