STUDENT HOUSING

Recognising unmet demand within Polish university towns and cities, a UK based developer asked Sketch Design to develop a prototype design for a student accommodation block suitable for a city centre site.
 
Working with the developer and in conjunction with Gleeds Poland, we delivered a flexible and affordable design based on an efficient module that could be easily adapted for future roll-out. The scheme allows for a mix of student accommodation types with 142 bed spaces situated across six floors, with ancillary and social student areas located at the ground floor level. A roof terrace above the covered car parking forms a secure external social space.
